L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Project Manager/Scheduler with our client based in New York, NY. In this long-term contract role you'll be responsible for providing scheduling support services.

Job Duties:

• Perform scheduling functions on complex capital projects throughout the project lifecycle in support of major areas assigned
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, utility, and timely implementation of all schedules
• Coordinate resolution of schedule issues, perform delay analyses, and participate in the review and negotiation of time extension requests and claims
• Support the identification and realization of opportunities to achieve schedule efficiencies
• Participate in the process of maximizing track access opportunities, as well as determining duration and schedule occurrence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Experience developing schedule delay analysis and schedule claim analysis
• Knowledge of other software applications relevant to capital projects scheduling and reporting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
