Human Resources Manager
With over 120 years of manufacturing high-end, collector-quality, American-made furniture, and nearly as many years as a furniture retailer, L & J G Stickley, Inc., is the proud employer of almost 900 talented individuals. We have three manufacturing facilities and twelve company-owned retail Showrooms. As a part of our strategy, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team, working onsite from our Archdale, North Carolina manufacturing location, supporting that highly competent team and beyond.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead and implement our Human Resources strategy, manage employee relations and implement key projects at our Stickley Fine Upholstery (SFU) location, then growing to other locations. The Human Resources Manager will consult with top executives on strategic planning and serve as a link and partner with other managers and peers to support the business and transformation initiatives in organizational development, organizational planning, leadership development, succession planning and employee relations.
