Front of House (FOH) Team Member
Job Description:
Looking for a versatile team member who is eager to learn and embody the Aloha spirit!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Willingness to learn all aspects of Back of House, Front of House, and customer service.
• Daily preparation of menu items.
• Ensuring strict adherence to cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Labeling and rotating food items.
• Collaborating effectively with both Back of House and Front of House teams.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, squatting, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and more.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, excluding major holidays.
• Morning, evening, and night shifts available.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.

Experience:

• No prior experience required; we will provide training to motivated individuals.

Additional Skills for Bartender & Service:

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to execute steps of service.
• Familiarity with sales tactics and product knowledge, especially in alcohol and craft beer.
• Understanding of Table Service etiquette.

Additional Skills for Host/Runner:

• Warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Efficient scheduling and table seating organization.
• Ability to manage guest and staff needs effectively.
• Understanding of Table Service etiquette.

Additional Skills for Busser/Assistant:

• Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic customer service skills.
