Department Head - Seasonal Department (Up to $1500 Sign-on Bonus!)

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience

Job Summary: Do you enjoy working in a fast-moving department? Do you like living in the northwoods' seasonal climate? If so, this is the job for you! We're seeking candidates who enjoy the changing seasons as much as we do - and are willing to harness that love for the changing seasons into our ever-changing seasonal department. Mirroring our seasonal climate, our seasonal department showcases hunting gear in the fall, ice fishing & outdoor gear in the winter, and spring planting, decor and patio goods in the spring/summer.

The Department Head acts as a team lead and holds deeper knowledge of products within this department. Responsibilities include replenishment, merchandising, ad set, promotion preparation, seasonal transitions, and customer service within the department.
