Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, providing solutions related to workspace needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with the account executive, interior designer, and installation team to deliver superior workspace solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in account management or sales
- Knowledge of workspace solutions and furniture industry
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
