What You Will Learn:

The AVP Omni Education will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the strategic direction of Omni Channel Education for the Professional Products Division (PPD) in the USA. This role requires a strong understanding of the professional beauty landscape, innovative educational approaches, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Omni Channel Education Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with Brand Teams, Store & Digital Teams, and other relevant stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for Omni Channel Education.
  • Align the plan with the overall business strategy and goals of the Professional Products Division.
  • Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and a roadmap for implementation.
  • Ensure that education initiatives are aligned with the division's goals and objectives across all channels (Field, Store, and Digital).

Omni Education SOPs / WOWs:

  • Streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Field, Store, and Digital education planning to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide support to teams in developing and executing education plans that meet the specific needs of each channel.
  • Act as a key point of contact with Store Classes for education-related matters, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage financial aspects of Store Class Profit and Loss (PnL), ensuring profitability and alignment with budget targets.
  • Oversee Field PnL, specifically Artists Fees, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into the effectiveness and impact of education programs across all channels.
  • Analyze key metrics, including sales performance, customer feedback, and training outcomes, to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage data analysis to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall impact of education initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster collaboration and support for education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SalonCentric (SC), PPD Brand Teams, Store & Digital Teams, marketing, digital, and sales, to align and integrate education initiatives with other business functions.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Develop comprehensive KPIs to track the progress and outcomes of education programs across all channels.
  • Regularly track and report on the performance of education initiatives, providing insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate the value of education investments to senior leadership through comprehensive reporting on the impact and effectiveness of programs.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Participate in defining the optimal team structure and roles for Omni Channel Education, including direct reports, to effectively support the evolving needs of the business.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging team environment that champions innovation and a shared vision for Omni Channel Education.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the beauty industry, with a strong focus on education and training.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
