Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree

• 15 years of related business experience (Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain)

• At least 5 years of leadership and team management experience

• Understanding of core Order to Cash processes, including Credit, Supply Chain Deductions, Trade Deductions, and Cash Application, and interdependencies with other businesses and functions

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a high performing team

• Ability to understand the impact of decisions across the organization

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels within the organization

• Proven ability to identify and drive continuous improvement

• Requires strong judgement and frequent decision making

• Guide corporate decisions and strategic direction, as it relates to Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application functions
