Responsibilities:

· Acts as the principal contact between the Parts Department and internal, retail/wholesale counter or outside customers for the sale of parts and accessories.

· The primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and to maximize dealership sales of parts.

· Provide service to Customers, Technicians and Service Advisors.

· Answer the phone in accordance with dealership guidelines

· Give price quotes or answer questions as appropriate.

· List and price sole parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.

· Write purchase orders for parts as needed from outside suppliers

· Maintain a customer backorder file of special order parts.

· Remain up to date on product information on vehicles sold by the dealership

· Become proficient in the use of parts catalogs, CPD and modifications, and location of correct stocking bins.

· Pull parts orders and distribute them to technicians in the shop.

· Stock in parts daily.

· Occasionally use company vehicle for parts pickups and deliveries

· Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

· Clean driving record

· Personal cell phone required

· Ability to work independently

· Work well with Parts and Service Team

· Able to communicate with employees of other businesses in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
