We are seeking a full-time in-house PPC/ AdWords Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive our rapid expansion through strategic Google Ad planning and optimization. Our HQ office is in Miami Beach, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to understand business goals and possesses intrinsic motivation to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multiple paid ad campaigns at a time
• Continuously monitor and optimize landing pages for maximum quality, conversions, and return on investment
• Perform in-depth and competitive keyword research and strategic analysis
• Implement usage of analysis tools, such as tag manager and real-time dashboards to measure performance of paid ads
• Forecast monthly budget, ROAS, and other data metrics
• Collaborate with digital, copy, and human resources departments to execute plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations for improvement
• Identify technical issues that may hurt paid search traffic and adjust accordingly
• Monitor and report performance trends to team members and CEO
• Maintain knowledge of best practices, new trends, technologies, and platform updates

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO-SEM, PPC, and digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• WordPress experience is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Spoken and written fluency in English
