Minimum Qualifications:
* GED or High School Diploma.
* English proficiency required.
* 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or closely related position.
* Software: Word WordPerfect Lotus Excel Other (specify):
* Applicant should have experience with coordination of projects and programs.
* Ability should have the ability to organize administrative tasks.
* Ability to foster a cooperative and collaborative work environment.
* Advanced analytical, evaluative and objective critical thinking skills.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in the development and implementation of complex administrative programs.
Responsibilities:
* Obtaining administrative information from entities collaborating with the HIV Fellowship
* Administrative support for marketing and recruitment for the HIV Fellowship including social media posting
* Scheduling meetings, didactics, lectures, events, site visits etc.
* Tracking of evaluations, time off requests
* Reminders about trainings, annual screenings rotations, events, didactics, meetings, conferences, webinars, credentialing exams, etc.
* Coordinating and Updating documents
Salary: $21.00-$26.30/hr.
