Having experience in the stone/construction industry will be a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sales, including pricing and contracts, to close deals. Ensure that all sales agreements and transactions are accurately processed and documented.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and address any client inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales or field sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information and persuade clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to understand and respond to client needs and concerns.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. A valid driver's license is often required.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using sales and CRM software to manage sales activities and client information. Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office.
