Job Title: Waiter/Waitress
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat guests promptly
- Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)
