**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct financial analysis and reporting to management - Perform cash flow analysis and create forecasts - Develop financial models for decision support - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts - Provide insights into financial performance through quantitative research and data collection - Utilize tools such as Power BI, VBA, and pivot tables for data analysis - Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive management **Skills:** - Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is a plus - Experience in investment banking or financial planning preferred - Ability to work with large data sets and perform complex financial analysis - Familiarity with VBA for automation of tasks - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
