Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Membership Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through effective sales and customer service strategies.

Duties:

- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell memberships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for membership growth
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding membership base
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and member interactions
- Negotiate membership terms and pricing with potential clients
- Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure member satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of account management principles
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive membership growth

Pay: $15.80 - $18.00 per hour
