Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, possess strong leadership skills, and have a genuine desire to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Duties:

- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness goals

Qualifications:

- Certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize client appointments and schedules
- Experience in recruiting new clients and retaining existing ones
- Knowledge of budgeting principles for managing client payments
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse client needs
- Proficiency in inventory management and control for fitness equipment maintenance
