LA Fitness is Hiring a Facility Manager Near Marietta, GA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities for 5 clubs. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our buildings and facilities. This is a key role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to manage a team and cleanliness.

Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly

-Work with Club pride leads and the cleanliness operations of the clubs
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Supervise a team of club pride staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as necessary

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, industrial maintenance, and mechanical systems
- Ability to fabricate or repair as needed
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a team effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
