Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Experience in outside sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Proven track record of driving business development and achieving sales targets
