Sales Associate

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper change is given
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales and technology products is an advantage
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
