Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Design Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a flair for customer service. As a Design Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect lighting solutions for their spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customers' lighting needs
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase products effectively
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate product costs and negotiate pricing with customers
- Assist customers in selecting lighting fixtures that complement their design preferences
- Stock and organize inventory to ensure products are readily available for customers
- Collaborate with customers on renovation projects to achieve their desired outcomes

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for pricing calculations and transactions
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure sales and meet customer needs
- Knowledge of lighting sales to guide customers in selecting appropriate fixtures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse customer needs
- Experience in outside sales is beneficial for engaging with clients effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
