General Summary We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee all aspects of inventory management within our multi-branded Apparel Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to lead a team to achieve operational goals.
Essential Job Functions - Capacity Planning: Plan and coordinate the optimum placement/slotting of inventory throughout the warehouse to ensure most efficient pick path for processing of orders.
- Accuracy Assurance: Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and prevent shrinkage.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of inventory control associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess warehouse processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory management workflows.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, including purchasing, logistics, and sales, to forecast inventory needs, fulfill orders, and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage WMS inventory management software and technology tools to streamline processes, track inventory movements, and generate accurate reports.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Required Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision, preferably in the retail or clothing industry.
• Full Circle ERP experience a plus.
