Skills & Knowledge

• Strong leadership, supervisory and customer service skills and ability to create/maintain partnerships with families and staff
• Ability to lead staff in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks or crisis situations effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Bring enthusiasm, happiness, energy, excitement and a big smile everyday
• Support admissions process from point of inquiry through enrollment
• Support editing and updating including but not limited to, parent handbook, staff handbook, lost child prevention protocol
• Maintain professional appearance and language at all times
• Schedule regular staff meetings
• Keep curriculum and student records up-to-date
• Support classroom coverage, including during staff lunch break, during unplanned absenteeism, and as needed.
