A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that our team members provide the highest level of service to our hotel guests. In order to build a team of customer service experts, you assist in the hiring and training of employees. Your style of management fosters teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust.
