Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services, housekeeping management, and floor care.

Duties:
- Manage and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs efficiently
- Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment

Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Strong understanding of floor care methods and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
