Front Desk Agent
La Quinta Inns & Suites is a hotel in Santa Ana, CA near John Wayne Airport.
We are looking for an energetic and friendly Front Desk Agent to provide our clients with an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for providing information and services to our guests. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with a personal touch
- Take guests' reservations and provide them with all the information they need (e.g., dates, hotel rates, room details, etc.)
- Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner; return calls in a timely manner; provide information about rooms; check guest's out when necessary; answer questions about our services; ensure guest satisfaction at check-in/check-out
- Receive payments and accept credit card payments using our payment system
- Maintain the front desk area and clean it regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
