JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: GUEST SERVICE AGENT OVERVIEW: As a Guest Service Agent, you will be a vital part of our hospitality team, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our guests. Your role will involve providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/out processes, and addressing guest inquiries to create a positive experience during their stay. DUTIES: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival. - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing. - Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions with detailed knowledge and enthusiasm. - Handle guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure a comfortable stay. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing reservations and room assignments. - Utilize computer systems for booking reservations, updating guest information, and processing payments accurately. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues that may arise during the guest's stay. - Uphold high standards of customer service to exceed guest expectations and foster positive reviews. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of basic custodial tasks such as cleaning and maintaining public areas. - Familiarity with driving for tasks like car wash services or transporting guests is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Basic computer proficiency for utilizing reservation systems and handling guest information securely.
