Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests or residents.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
