**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Food Safety Coordinator to oversee all food safety and quality assurance procedures within our organization at our commissary location in Fraser, MI . The Food Safety Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing food safety policies, procedures, lot coding and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, a plus but not required but must have 3-5 years experience in field.
- Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities:**
