We are looking for a motivated Hand Bindery Operatorwho wants to be part of a company that fosters teamwork and embraces craftmanship, quality and service.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Hand Bindery isresponsible for providing finishing services for press and copier projects incompliance with job specifications and company quality standards. The Hand Bindery follows the workloadschedule to meet the customer deadlines. The Hand Bindery works closely with other staff members to exceedcustomer satisfaction and service expectations.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting the department production and qualitygoals.
• Playing a key role in meeting the company wideprofitability and customer satisfaction goals by providing guaranteedsatisfaction and value to our customers.
• Contributing to a work environment that fosterspride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.
• Maintaining personal productivity and qualitystandards that ensure attractive financial returns so Printcraft may continueto provide excellent service to our customers and ensure job security andcareer growth for our staff.
• Ability to work onsite 8:00 am- 6:30 pm Mondaythru Friday, hours may vary with schedule
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areafollowing maintenance procedures and update maintenance logs.
• Monitor and manage bindery supplies, orderstock as instructed.
• Inform supervisor of equipment problems.
• Other duties as assigned

ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Comply with all OSHA and Printcraft safetyrequirements.
• Participate as a key player of the productionteam by supporting operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the GeneralManager, Owner, Production Manager, Hand Bindery Lead and the production team;informing and updating them regularly to guarantee sales objectives andcustomer objectives are being met.
• Follow systems and procedures outlined incompany manuals.

• Perform all bindery functions as noted on job tickets. 
• Package jobs, complete job tickets and otherdocuments as necessary and place in the assigned areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Ableto apply written instructions to machine set-up and maintenance.
• Reliableattendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
• Allprospective employees must pass a background and drug check.
