LabCorp is Hiring a Training Coordinator Near Princeton, NJ

Labcorp is hiring a Training Specialist. This position will be responsible for the organization, development, and execution of training employees on Labcorp’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Oracle Fusion Cloud).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives.
  • Evaluates new, presently existing, and proposed training methodologies, develop training materials and plans, and deliver virtual and instructor-led training (including Train-the-Trainer, End User Training, Super User Training and Refresher Training to users of Labcorp’s new ERP system).
  • Collaborate with Labcorp training team in creating and maintaining training documentation​.
  • Manage and track end-to-end execution of ERP Training Strategy and Plan​.
  • Monitor delivery, identifies risks, and owns reporting to Organizational Change Management and Training leadership​.
  • Assign tasks for content development and manages review cycles and approvals​.
  • Facilitate team working sessions for training analysis, design, and development activities.​
  • Develop training schedule, aligns roles to training courses and coordinates scheduling. 
  • Prepare onboarding and guidance for training developers and trainers.​
  • Support training communications and progress monitoring activities.
  • Track and analyze ERP training program against identified metrics / KPIs (i.e., for effectiveness) and implements adjustments, as needed.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of training.
  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel to various locations to assist in training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field.
  • Prior training experience required.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Pay Range: $60,030 - $95,000 annually
