Our esteemed law firm is seeking a qualified Government Contracts Attorney to join our renowned bid protest practice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to litigate before various tribunals, handling high-profile, high-stakes, and precedent-setting cases. Additionally, you will represent clients involved in substantial claims against the government before the Boards of Contract Appeals and U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as prosecute and defend court actions between contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior legal experience in the field, demonstrating a keen interest in government contracts law. Strong research, writing, and analytic skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and creatively, while also being a valuable team player. Special consideration will be given to applicants with prior experience as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the Court of Federal Claims, and those with academic training in government contracts law.
