Monday - Friday (half day on Fridays) 32 hours a week $15.00 per hour Located in Blackshear Ga Other duties include but not limited to : .
Scheduling, maintaining add calendaring all files . Preparing letters, documents, and case evaluations summaries . Maintain files and organize documents .
Accurately maintain calendars . Answering telephones . Opening, sorting, and scanning all assigned attorney mail as well as sending out all correspondence and handling as needed .
Communicating with clients and or potential clients . . Adhere to all processes and procedures Qualifications and Skills : .
Prefer experience as customer service and / or office experience . Effective problem-solving skills. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
Strong typing and computer skills, including MS Word . . Strong client service skills, including compassion and empathy.
Ability to both follow instructions and thi nk independently . . Ability to multitask. . Personable on phone interaction .
Proficient on computer, internet, required software and e-mail. . Ability to develop trust in customers and team members.
