Labor Finders is looking to hire an experienced OFFICE ASSISTANT for an excellent opportunity in the Paso Robles area.

• Position: Office Assistant
• Pay: $20-$26 / HR
• Office Location: Paso Robles
• Start Date: Immediate - ASAP
• Length: Temp-To-Hire Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY: The candidate will work directly with the office staff and owner of the company assisting with all office duties, including invoicing & certified payroll.

DUTIES:

• Coordinate all documentation necessary to prepare customer invoices
• Utilizing QuickBooks regularly
• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
• Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
• Maintaining files.
• Answering phone calls.
• Taking and delivering messages
• Certified Payroll processing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in accounting/billing
• Experience with Certified Payroll
• Knowledge and experience with Outlook email, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
• Experience in operating keyboards and office equipment
• Excellent Math and English aptitude
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High Attention to detail
• Must be organized.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit for long periods
• Moderate lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Minimum 18 years of age.
