Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Duties:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
