General Description 

The Labouré College of Healthcare of Healthcare seeks a collaborative and experienced Enrollment Services Coordinator with a proven record of accomplishment. Under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment, the Enrollment Services Coordinator performs various activities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the College’s enrollment services and resolves difficulties encountered in the enrollment process. Supports planning, development, and organization of enrollment services from inquiry through matriculation consistent with Labouré ’s mission and enrollment goals. Interacts with faculty, students, staff, and the public, providing information, general assistance, and problem resolution. Works to provide a high level of internal and external customer service. 

Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide effective day-to-day administrative support in the admissions area with limited supervision.
  • Interpret, explain, and apply College policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Perform professional-level administrative tasks related to application evaluation, degree completion requirements, and enrollment reporting.
  • Provide front-line admissions and recruitment support when and where it is needed.
  • Manage the relationship between the College and relevant vendors, ensuring strong lines of communication and effective project management.
  • Collaborate with Labouré faculty and staff to promote matriculation, retention, and student success.
  • Communicate promptly with prospective and enrolled students to answer questions, share resources, and resolve issues.
  • Create, update, and maintain an inventory of department forms.
  • Oversee a process to ensure timely responses to all enrollment inquiries.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate correspondence, reports, documents, data entries, and other written materials with limited direction.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ensure that enrollment and admissions information in the college catalog, website, and class schedules is accurate and current.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years' experience in undergraduate admissions, customer service, and/or related work areas or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of standard business applications, including word processing, spreadsheet and database software, and other specialized software applications.
  • Must know admissions, enrollment, registration rules, policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Experience in the use of educational technology systems.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population.
  • Demonstrated success working in teams to reach established goals.
  • Mission-driven and committed to working at a college that serves multilingual and multicultural nontraditional students
  • Must be willing and able to work extended hours and weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience using Jenzabar, HubSpot, and/or SalesHub is a plus.
