Responsibilities
- Create standards and deploy functional networks, including LAN, WLAN, and WAN
- Configure and install printers and scanners.
- Monitor network performance and integrity.
- Resolve escalated issues by troubleshooting both cloud and local infrastructure
- Establish and maintain complete technical documentation.
- Recommend improvements to enhance network performance, capacity, and scalability.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years experience required
- Strong hands-on networking skills
- Experience with networking tied to printers and scanners
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (or equivalent) preferred
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting
- Ability to face off with various stakeholders from different groups and of varying levels
- High level of EQ
