Job Description
LACOSTA has an immediate opening for a Field Recruiter. We are looking for an energetic, personable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit candidates for hourly positions within the organization
- Call, screen, and interview candidates
- Attend and coordinate Job fairs
- Community Outreach
- Assist with the new hire application process
- Process new hire paperwork
- Administer and supervise applicant pre-employment.
- Follow up with new hires to ensure retention
