Job Description

Lead all activities about CI workshop based on LEAN methodology :

• VSM
• 5S
• Kaizen
• Performance monitoring (Lacroix Daily Meeting, Hourly Production Dashboard, Visual Management, …)
• SMED
• Kanban
• Milk Run
• Pull system
• Problem solving methodology

Responsible for the following KPI :

• Direct Labor Productivity / Technical Productivity
• Nb of workshop per month per CI Engineer
• m² reduction
• audit of the model line

Contributor for :

• Safety
• Improvement of Direct Labor efficiency (Manual Efficiency, Technical productivity)
• Reduction of equipment losses
• WIP reduction
• Scrap reduction

Key responsibilities:

• Propose to the site General Manager the CI strategy for the plant
• Deploy CI standards and best practices and train all stakeholders
• Detect abnormalities versus CI standards by audit
• Contribute to benchmarking and best practices sharing within Lacroix CI network.
• Ensure the handover with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain for the sustainability of the standard
• Follow and Support the impact of CI on manufacturing organizations (change management).
• Lay out and flow definition, including office area.

Required education/Experience/Skills

• Industrial Engineer or similar with experience in an automotive environment
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge in Ergonomics.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Adaptability and Flexibility in Changing Environments.
• Good communication and coaching skills
• Pro-active and autonomous
