In a single day you will interact with customers, work the register, build a display or stock the shelves. Danner's 90-plus year commitment to building quality footwear products is well-known in the footwear industry. What You'll Be Doing
Greets customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
Provides honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
Consistently seeks new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
Sets and achieves personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
Demonstrates professionalism and a high level of service so that customers leave the store with a positive image of Danner and the service they received.
Works as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Danner culture in all actions and words.
Ensures that stock is replenished and displays are neat and rotated to encourage sales.
Assists with backroom projects and assignments as requested.
Track and achieving expected KPI metrics at individual and store level.
Ensures all workspaces are clean and tidy.
Performs other duties, as assigned by Manager.

Desired Education and Experience
1 years retail sales experience in a strong customer service environment preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with POS
Basic MS Excel & Outlook experience
Experience fitting footwear a plus
Brand knowledge of Danner a plus
Work Environment 100% work is spent in a retail store setting.
