Job Title: Injury Prevention Academic Advisor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Location: Rockville, Maryland
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of American Indian/Alaska Native culture and medicine
- Expertise in community injury prevention and public health
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Run the IHS Injury and Violence Prevention Fellowship
- Travel for fellowship and project support to specified locations
- Review and update fellowship curriculum
- Schedule fellowship activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Help Fellows complete their projects
- Prepare and update training materials
