Position: Elevator Technician
Job Type: One-Time-Position
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of elevator systems to identify and address potential issues
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep elevators operating efficiently
- Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot elevator malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed
- Test elevator systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Elevator Technician Certification (required)
- Proven experience as an elevator technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of elevator systems, mechanics, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather condition
