Duties:
- Assist in emergency planning, mitigation, response, and recovery
- Provide administrative support for emergency programs
- Coordinate event scheduling
- Manage inventory of emergency equipment
- Monitor training completion for emergency teams
- Review and interpret directives from higher authorities
- Update policies, procedures, and directives
- Must hold and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Must have four (4) years of military/government experience in operations or planning
- Knowledge of Navy/DoD policies and emergency management
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
