Job Overview:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facility at Colorado River Agency, which is located at 12124 1st Avenue Parker, Arizona 85344.

Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Sweep tile floors and vacuum carpets.
• Wet mop hard floors and damp mop wax surfaces.
• Dust horizontal surfaces and clear desks.
• Empty and clean trash containers, remove trash properly.

Restroom Maintenance:

• Wet mop or scrub floors.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures and mirrors.
• Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Clean mirrors and washbasins.

Weekly Tasks:

• Machine buff waxed floors.
• Wash exterior plate glass in lobbies.
• Wipe down restroom walls and woodwork.
• Polish unpainted metal surfaces.

Monthly Tasks:

• Damp dust Venetian blinds.
• Wash restroom stalls and all windows.
• Machine scrub and buff waxed floors.
• Clean all light fixtures.

Skills:

• Experience in facilities maintenance
• Ability to maintain and clean the facility
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

• Morning shift
