Schedule: Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1630.
Duties:
- Enhance resiliency and operations through specialized support
- Conduct comprehensive mental and behavioral health evaluations, counseling, and interventions
- Develop and administer effective treatment plans to facilitate quick recovery and return to duty
- Track health trends and issues within the squadron, recommending proactive measures for improvement
- Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical social work experience
- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Proficiency in military health care systems and procedures is preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
