Position: Part-time - 1 day per week with remote work
Duties:
- Provide physical therapy services to 5 special education students
- Evaluate and interpret evaluation results for the IEP committee
- Design and implement appropriate PT interventions to meet the individual needs of students
- Provide teacher consultation
- Maintain daily performance data and assist with goal writing
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain an active roster of students
- Submit case logs and progress reports promptly
- Document service log completion at the end of each session
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience in providing physical therapy services to special education students
- Ability to conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, administrators, and parents
- Provide own personal equipment (laptop, kajeet, supplies/materials)
