Responsibilities
- Recruit, Hire, Schedule, Train and Manage the bartender, server and host team members.
- Lead and direct all team members with an emphasis on ongoing training and development.
- Ensure each guest is provided with an exceptional experience and resolve any guest conflict in a timely manner
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics aligned with our values
- Oversee private events
- Perform administrative duties.
Qualifications
- A strong customer service focus along with effective communication and time-management skills
- Previous server and bartending experience required
- Previous management experience preferred but not required
