Pay $16.00 -$20.00/ hour depending on experience

**Must be able to pass a background check and drug test**

This Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to a variety of specifications accurately.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assembly machinery, electrical equipment, and more according to directions provided.
• Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
• Uses various machines and hand tools.
• Accurately label defects or deviations found in the work process and notifies supervisor.
• Inventories tools, parts and supplies; contacts lead or supervisor when supplies are needed.
• All other duties as requested.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as experienced with ERP software.

· Ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs and electronic components.

· Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS / PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· One to Three years related experience required.

· Prior experience in Assembly machinery and electrical equipment.

· Prior manufacturing experience.

· Able to read blueprints/schematics a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The work performed is conducted in a climate-controlled facility.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Prolonged periods standing, bend, reach, pull, twist, etc.
