Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to help manage the foliage/overgrowth in our 91 rental unit portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks including mowing, tree trimming, overgrowth removal, weed killing, and yard beautification.
- Ensure that outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Supply own landscaping equipment and transportation in order to complete jobs
Experience:
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
We will agree to a price for landscaping work at a particular property before any work starts. The job will be paid out as soon as the work has been completed as agreed and inspected.
