Lagarde American Eatery in Chambleeare seeking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly

- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials

- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast POS

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Knowledge of food service and restaurant operations

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
