Position: Camunda Engineering Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite role)

The Senior Engineering Lead will play a critical role in leading and managing the engineering team, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative and scalable products.

• Expert in Java, Angular, and other open-source technologies like Camunda.
• Expert in building enterprise level case management applications.
• Expert in designing and building micro front end architecture.
• Experience with optimizing application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technology leaders, product managers, business analysts, and end-users.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120.00 - $135.00 per year
