Job Description

• Responsible for analyzing client requirements and business objectives, translating them into functional and technical specifications
• Responsible to work closely with the development team and project managers, conducting testing and quality assurance, preparing and presenting reports and documentation, and researching and monitoring industry trends and best practices.
• Responsible to work closely with the customer ensuring a highly satisfied customer experience.

In this role, you will need-

• Analyze client requirements and business objectives and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with the development team and project managers to ensure that the solutions meet the client expectations and adhere to the best practices.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of the solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports and documentation of the solutions and their outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders and provide support and training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies and tools, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Google Analytics, SharePoint, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $54.32 - $60.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Google Analytics: 1 year (Required)
• HTML: 5 years (Required)
• JavaScript: 5 years (Required)
• Digital marketing: 4 years (Required)
